The film industry has long been one of the most consolidated and established in the business. The industry may be revolutionized, however, by nonfungible tokens (NFTs) and the developing blockchain and Web3 community of interested filmmakers.
Film festivals are a unique way of creating a buzz within the industry, bringing together filmmakers, actors, directors, and professionals in all areas of cinema. The iHollywood Film Festival is the first film festival to award a Best Digital Series / NFT Category. IHFF is an active participant in the Hollywood Chamber and a member of the Entertainment, Arts & Media, and Tourism committees. It will be a 3-day event from September 6–8 and there will be a kickoff red carpet party on September 1, from 7–10 pm at 361 Vernon Avenue, Venice.
IHFF was founded with the goal of inspiring creative expression with a focus on Web3. The line-up has been carefully selected to inspire and excite artists and filmmakers, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to showcase their work in front of a new audience.
